A wealth of information - the OldRide Library

It seemed like ages ago that my dad purchased his 1967Chevelle Wagon. He took great pride in all his vehicles but this one was extra special to him. Well, as the saying goes, "I wish I would have never have sold that..." has been uttered out of my dad's mouth numerous times.

After years of trying to track down the person he sold it to, and with the hopes of ever finding the car gone, this year my sister and I wanted to pay tribute to my dad's old 67 Chevelle with a display of photos and facts about his vehicle at a local car show. As you can imagine, this task seemed a little daunting. Then I remembered one of my favorite classic car websites - OldRide.com. While I generally visit their classified section or rusty ride pictures, I recalled them having a library on the site too.

Among other specs and information, I couldn't for the life of me recall the name of the unique color of the 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle, but I finally found it on the OldRide Library, it was Tahoe Turquoise! After a little more investigating I found out that 1967 was the only year that the color option Tahoe Turquoise was offered. What wonderful information to add. Plus OldRide also has pictures of the paint chip colors along with interior colors, axle codes, engine options and more. Their library is awesome. Where else could I find all of this information in one place?

So if you are ever looking for some lost information or just information in general about your classic car, make sure you visit the Oldride Library.
